What level of service and value do you need?
Level One
Cost: $1,000 for one month
a. We help you assess your healthcare situation: what doctors, what prescriptions, what devices, what appointments, what you need help with
b. We help you organize it all: papers, doctors, medications, schedules
c. We help you re-contact and re-schedule each healthcare professional

Level Two
This lets us work with your personal healthcare monitor each month to keep the items above flowing.
Cost: $250 per month after the first month setup; continues for one year
